- Alarms relating to key components e.g. Server CPU utilisation, memory, disk space. Network errors, bandwidth utilisation etc. are set at specific thresholds
- If any of these are triggered MailSure instantly alert you to the problem using a combination of telephone support, remote online support and e-mails
- Therefore reducing the need for unnecessary and sometimes costly onsite visits.
Example: Your server fails on Friday evening; MailSure's monitoring picks this up, alerts you the client. Server is fixed over the weekend and on Monday morning your system's working and staff don't know there's been a problem. Without monitoring everyone arrives on Monday and nothing is working.
